Job summary

Ethos Education Ltd is recruiting a full-time Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Acton, Ealing, starting in September. You will provide targeted support for children with additional needs, including 1:1 and small-group work to help pupils access learning and build confidence.

Working alongside the class teacher and SENCo, you will gain experience supporting a range of needs in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values safeguarding and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support for children with additional needs, working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access learning and build confidence.
