Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Islington for the full academic year, term-time only. You will support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping pupils access learning.

A focus on ASD and other SEN, working with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and support emotional and social development in a friendly primary school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD and other SEN.
• Ability to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Willingness to work within a primary school setting.

This may include adapting activities, providing reassurance, and using clear routines and structure. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils receive the right support to help them make progress both academically and socially.
