Job summary

King’s Academy Ringmer in rural Sussex is seeking an LSA to help all children access learning and thrive. You will support pupils in class, provide 1:1 assistance to those with additional needs, and work with small groups to boost learning and confidence.

You’ll help nurture a welcoming environment where every pupil can reach their potential. We value relational practice, strong teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Be patient, caring and adaptable to support diverse learners.
• Commitment to inclusion and equity in a nurturing classroom.
• Experience with SEND is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class alongside the teacher.
• Provide 1:1 support to children with additional needs.
