Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships by encouraging and supporting pupils in a respectful, non-judgmental manner.
• Work with students in class, small groups, and one-to-one.
• Support pupils with a wide range of needs across cognition, learning, communication, physical and SEMH.
• Provide tailored support, from mobility and resource access to helping regulate emotions and engage with learning.
