  • Support and train staff across the College
  • Oversee EHCPs, and support students with identified additional needs, providing interventions so all students succeed
  • Manage Learning Support Assistants and champion inclusive teaching
  • Work with students, families & external agencies
  • Teach, inspire and ensure every learner thrives
