Job summary

City of Glasgow College is seeking an Inclusive Learning Lead for Travel to coordinate the support team, manage guidance and behavioural information, and liaise with teaching staff and stakeholders. The role requires a qualification at HNC level or above, and experience supporting young adults with additional needs.

Strong IT and communication skills are essential. The post offers a permanent, part-time arrangement of 14 hours per week along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification at HNC level or above.
• Experience supporting and working with young adults with additional support needs (preferred in education).

Responsibilities

• Lead the support team by coordinating allocation of current support staff and liaising with stakeholders.
• Provide reporting to teaching teams and management on student concerns or issues.
• Support safeguarding and supervision of vulnerable groups and individuals.
