Ideally you hold a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification and are eager to contribute ideas to improve practice, ensuring all children feel safe, valued and excited about learning.

• Experience in supporting children with SEND.
• Experience with SEMH.
• Collaborates with colleagues and families to create inclusive learning environments.
• Ideally holds a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification.
