• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services to contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored support to help them move into sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers to work.
• Achieve performance, quality, compliance and customer service targets.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Support participants with job applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Coordinate with partner organisations and specialist services to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection and safeguarding compliance.
• Champion best practice and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
