Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject with English and Maths Level 2
• Experience delivering high-quality employment programmes is essential
• Experience working with adults facing barriers to employment is required
• Strong understanding of Supported Employment and target groups' challenges
• Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills are essential

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with participants and support them to engage in structured plans to find and sustain employment
• Complete and update vocational profiles, identifying skills, experiences and needs
• Develop person-centred action plans following the SEQF
• Engage with local employers to create paid opportunities and match participants
• Support employers to adopt inclusive recruitment practices
• Provide in-work support and help participants settle into roles
• Work with partner agencies to design referral and progression pathways
• Maintain accurate records for audit and performance monitoring
