Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an Employer Engagement Advisor to build strong relationships with employers across Oxfordshire and promote inclusive recruitment for participants in the Connect to Work programme. You will work with employers, partners and training providers to identify vacancies and develop pathways to paid work.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers across Oxfordshire.

• Support development of employment pathways leading to real job outcomes.
• Provide direct employment support to participants when required.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to performance targets.
