Job summary

North Northamptonshire Council in the UK is seeking an Educational Psychologist to deliver a psychological service to a number of schools and the surrounding community. You will work under the area's senior psychologist and participate in area and county development, bringing research to inform policy and improving educational provision.

The role requires a psychology degree with GBC, HCPC registration eligibility, and at least two years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• First degree in psychology with Graduate Basis for Membership (GBC).
• Postgraduate professional training recognised by HCPC for educational psychology.
• At least two years of qualified classroom teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a psychological service to schools and the surrounding community.
• Participate in area and county development and working groups.
• Undertake research and development activities and advise on educational provision.
