Job summary

Prince Albert Community Trust is expanding its Inclusion Team and seeks an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex SEND in our Resource Base at Prince Albert High School. This role is term-time, part-time (34.5 hours) and sits on Grade 3, Scale Point 9-22 with SEN allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND in an educational setting.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Willingness for ongoing professional development.
• Good communication with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the specialist Resource Base provision.
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist delivery of planned activities and interventions.
• Support smooth day-to-day classroom operations and behavioural routines.
