Job summary

Leigh Academy Rainham is seeking an Inclusion Officer to join the dedicated inclusion team. You will supervise and support students in the Academy Reset and Inclusion Rooms, providing a calm, structured environment for those facing behavioural challenges, offering guidance and tailored interventions to help them refocus and re-engage.
