Job summary

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham/Guildford is seeking an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead to champion the organisation’s EDI strategy across sites, with travel between Farnham and Guildford.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, delivering EDI initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and driving cultural change through training and communication. Hybrid working, 22.5 hours weekly, salary £28,288 per annum.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and relevant legislation & policies.
• Proven experience in delivering EDI initiatives with measurable impact.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• The capability to analyse data and make suitable recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders and to establish effective relationships.
• Flexible and professional approach.
• Excellent IT and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction of EDI at Phyllis Tuckwell across sites.
• Capture and analyse data insights to improve reach and equity of services.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps and drive solutions.
• Drive cultural change through focus groups, engagement initiatives, training and communication.
