Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking an Inclusion Consultant in Manchester to shape and deliver the bank's Inclusion strategy and drive meaningful change for colleagues, customers and communities. You'll work with senior leaders to embed inclusive considerations into decision-making, policies and services, using market insight and data to identify opportunities and manage risks in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, accessibility and inclusion principles.
• Knowledge of organisational development, human resources, culture change or employee relations.
• Experience influencing customer propositions and service design.
• Experience proactively managing risk, compliance and reputational issues within a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shapeshift and deliver the bank's Inclusion strategy, turning priorities into practical actions with sustainable outcomes.
• Use data, management information and external insight to identify opportunities and inform future priorities.
• Embed inclusive considerations into how we operate, decisions and customer services.
• Coach and influence stakeholders across the organisation with expert guidance on inclusion activity.
• Measure impact, assess risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the design of inclusive and accessible products, processes and services.
