Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a People Experience Advisor (DEI) to help implement our inclusion strategy and embed a culture where every team member feels valued and able to thrive. You will work with leaders and teams across the employee lifecycle to deliver inclusive People Experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in DEI, employee experience, HR, or related fields.
• Experience in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
• Highly organised with project coordination experience.
• Stakeholder management with proactive approach.
• Strong understanding of inclusion, belonging and culture-building.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into action.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise delivery of the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy with the DEI Manager.
• Coordinate inclusion initiatives, campaigns and awareness activities.
• Support monitoring/reporting of DEI metrics and progress.
• Contribute to DEI policies and engaging communications with cross-functional teams.
• Promote inclusive behaviours and support leaders with learning sessions.
• Identify risks and escalate sensitively as needed.
• Coordinate DEI projects with milestones and dependencies.
• Support external DEI reporting submissions.
