Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a People Experience Advisor (DEI) to embed inclusive culture and deliver the firm’s inclusion strategy. You will work with DEI Manager and broader People Experience team on lifecycle initiatives, learning sessions, and stakeholder engagement.

Ideally you bring DEI/employee experience background, strong organisation, data interpretation, and excellent communication to influence leaders and managers across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in DEI, employee experience, HR, people and culture, organisational development or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engagement, employee voice and performance initiatives.
• Support recognition and wellbeing programmes that enhance colleague experience.
• Assist with employee communications, events and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate to design and create people experience pages on our intranet.
• Collaborate across the People Experience team to deliver integrated people initiatives.
