Overview

Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker — Full Time

We are recruiting an Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker to support students facing barriers to learning. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, inclusive secondary school, assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to promote inclusion and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with additional needs to access the curriculum.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individual support plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in an inclusion or youth work role within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of strategies to support students with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
