Inclusion Manager – City of Birmingham School

We are looking for a dedicated Inclusion Manager to lead reading interventions across our campus and support pupils to develop a love of reading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate reading interventions, including phonics, Lexia and one-to-one support.
  • Work collaboratively with the SEND team, reading lead and teaching staff to provide expert guidance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate reading assessments and intervention records.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and impact of reading strategies, making improvements where needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in phonics.
  • Background in primary or secondary education (applications from both welcomed).
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with a passion for inclusion.
