Job summary

Hinchingbrooke School is seeking motivated Teaching Assistants to join our SEND department. You will support students in lessons, deliver literacy interventions, and contribute to inclusion programmes across key stages. Roles include Key Worker responsibilities and collaboration with the Literacy Interventions Team.

Permanent contracts, 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus five training days. Training and career development are emphasized, with opportunities across our multi academy trust.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering literacy interventions.
• Motivated, committed Teaching Assistants to join our SEND team.
• Ability to support students in diverse contexts and lessons.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons, reporting to SENDCo.
• Deliver literacy interventions across year groups as part of Literacy Interventions Team.
• Work as Inclusion Worker reporting to Alternative Provision Manager.
• Undertake a Key Worker role and plan/deliver interventions.
• Join the SEND department to help students access learning in varied contexts.
