Flying High Partnership seeks an exceptional Inclusion Lead Practitioner to join our Education Team on a one-year secondment. You will shape and deliver our Inclusion Strategy, supporting schools to strengthen SEND, attendance and behaviour across 39 schools in the partnership.
You will lead professional learning, coach SENDCos and Inclusion leaders, and contribute to inclusion reviews and improvement planning while maintaining an in-school inclusion leadership role for part of the week.
This opportunity is available as an internal or external secondment. Both arrangements will run until 31 August 2027.

We are seeking an exceptional Inclusion leader to join our Education Team as an Inclusion Lead Practitioner. Working alongside the Director of Inclusion and the existing Inclusion Lead Practitioner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our Inclusion Strategy, supporting schools to strengthen practice across SEND, attendance and behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity to extend your influence beyond your own school and contribute to improving outcomes for children across the Flying High Partnership. You will provide targeted support to schools, develop the capacity of SENDCos and Inclusion leaders, lead professional learning and contribute to inclusion reviews, quality assurance activities and improvement planning.
The role will involve regular travel across our schools and close collaboration with school leaders, the Inclusion Team and wider Education Team. For the remainder of your working week, the successful candidate will continue to fulfil an in‑school SEND/Inclusion leadership role.
