Job summary

The British Council is looking for an Inclusion Manager to play a key role in delivering the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, ensuring accessibility for people from all backgrounds. • Support the delivery and monitoring of the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy.
• Coordinate training and capacity-building activities for National Agency colleagues, assessors and beneficiaries.
• Develop guidance, resources and best practice to support inclusive programme delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the education, training, youth and sport sectors.
• Coordinate the Inclusion and Diversity Working Group and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
• Support marketing and sector engagement activities from an inclusion and diversity perspective.
• Monitor progress against inclusion and social value action plans and contribute to programme reporting.
• Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism across programme delivery.
