Qualifikationen

• Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations.
• Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in hybrid teams.
• Proficiency in planning, reporting, and communication software.
