Job summary

The Crestwood School is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to join our supportive and ambitious school community in the West Midlands. This is a permanent, full-time role, 37 hours per week, term time only, graded at 7 SCP 18-23 with a salary in the range stated above.

The successful candidate will oversee the Reflection provision, develop curricula, and identify strategies to support students at risk of exclusion, ensuring they make strong progress within our inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance of the school's Reflection provision
  • Develop, monitor, review and oversee the Reflection curriculum
  • Seek out and develop alternative provision curriculum opportunities
  • Identify, monitor and support students at risk of exclusion
  • Plan and develop KS3/4 schemes of learning alongside subject teachers
  • Oversee the school's Reflection provision (duplicate phrasing)
