Job summary

Codi Group, Wales’ largest provider of housing, care and support, has created a new Inclusion & Assistive Technology Assistant role within our Care Team. You will help deliver inclusion initiatives, co-produce services with customers, and support digital inclusion across Care & Later Living services.

This is a 30-hour permanent position with flexible shift patterns. You’ll work with the Inclusion and Assistive Technology Officer, build relationships with customers and partners, and help gather

Qualifications

• IT literacy and ability to use common software.
• Experience working with customers.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Inclusion and Assistive Technology Officer in delivering inclusion, co-production and assistive technology initiatives across Care & Later Living services.
• Assist with the organisation of customer engagement activities, workshops, forums, demonstrations, focus groups and events under the guidance of the Inclusion and Assistive Technology Officer
• Support customers to participate in co-production and consultation opportunities, helping to ensure their views, experiences and aspirations are captured and shared appropriately.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, managers and external partners to support collaborative working and positive outcomes.
