Job summary

Summerhill Primary Academy in Tipton is seeking an experienced Inclusion Assistant to support the Extraordinary Education anchor of Rivers’ 2030 Strategy: Inclusion by Design. You will work directly with pupils, families, staff and leaders to promote an inclusive, safe and positive learning environment across the school.

A key focus is coordinating SEND, safeguarding, attendance and behaviour, and you will collaborate with outside agencies as appropriate to ensure cohesive pastoral support for
