Nescot College is seeking Inclusion and Support Officers to assist students aged 14-16 in their short-term Alternative Provision. The role requires working with young people facing barriers to learning, providing advocacy, support, and individualized assistance. A background in special educational needs, particularly SEMH, is essential, along with strong organizational and IT skills. Nescot are recruiting Inclusion and Support officers to support students in the 14 - 16 Alternative Provision at Nescot who are attending Nescot on a short-term programme. You will enjoy working with young people many of whom will be experiencing barriers to their learning. A background of working with young people with special educational needs including SEMH is necessary.
