Job summary

De Aston School is seeking a motivated and resilient Inclusion and Engagement Assistant to join our supportive pastoral team. You will work closely with students to overcome barriers to learning and support their wellbeing inside and outside the classroom.

In this role you will help with behaviour, engagement and wellbeing, delivering targeted interventions and assisting students reintegrate into mainstream education.
