The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate calmness and resilience when responding to challenging situations, with the ability to de-escalate effectively
  • Show a genuine commitment to promoting positive behaviour and inclusion across the school
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a consistent approach

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, families and external agencies
  • Have experience working with young people (ideally in a school or similar setting)
  • Hold GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) and have good ICT skills

Working in partnership with staff, families and external agencies, you will help ensure that support is consistent, tailored and impactful - making a real contribution to students' day-to-day school experience.
