The Inclusion & Disciplinary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all student and apprentice cases that fall under the Student/Apprenticeship Inclusion and Disciplinary Policy. The role ensures that disciplinary processes are fair, balanced, inclusive and developmental, supporting learners to reflect, repair relationships, and re-engage successfully with their studies. The postholder will work closely with curriculum teams, pastoral staff, safeguarding, wellbeing, success coaches and external agencies to ensure that each case is managed with proportionality, compassion, and rigour; creating conditions where every learner can access education, rebuild behaviours, and fulfil their potential.

East Coast College require all staff to hold a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, and be able to evidence this.
