Anthropic Limited is seeking an Incident Response Manager to serve as the operational backbone for handling incidents. You will ensure the right people are in the room, the right information flows, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This role requires you to write runbooks, coordinate across engineering, product, security, legal, and leadership, and drive fast, clear, and accountable responses without waiting for a predefined playbook.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in incident management including technical product or infrastructure incidents
• Experience building or shaping an incident response program
• Strong ownership, urgency and independent decision-making
• Ability to operate where processes are undefined and drive improvements

• Build incident response function with processes and standards
• Act as on-call incident commander during incidents of varying severity
• Coordinate across engineering, product, security, legal, and leadership
• Own incident communications real-time and externally (status pages, customers)
