The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, especially in Incident Response, and will lead a dedicated team in improving incident management processes.

This role is strategic and operational, focusing on effective communication with internal stakeholders to align cybersecurity efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Incident Response.
• Experience leading and managing IR or SOC teams.
• Proven ability to translate technical findings into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature Arrive's Incident Response capability.
• Own and lead the Incident Response function.
• Produce executive-level reporting on incidents.
