You will write runbooks and coordinate across engineering, product, security, legal, and leadership to drive fast, precise, and accountable incident responses. This role requires structured leadership, urgency, and resilience under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of incident management experience
• Experience building or shaping an incident response program
• Strong ownership and urgency in high-pressure situations
• Ability to operate with incomplete guidance in ambiguous situations
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, legal, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Build incident response function with processes, tooling, and standards
• Serve as on-call incident commander during incidents of varying severity
• Engage stakeholders quickly to bring order to fast-moving situations
• Own end-to-end incident communications, including status pages and customer outreach
• Contribute to blameless post-incident reviews for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain incident response policies and escalation frameworks
• Collaborate with teams to improve detection, response, and learning from incidents
