Caesars Digital is seeking an Incident Manager based in the UK to cover 24/7 escalation through a four-person rota. The role requires owning incident bridges, defining roles, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive rapid resolution for high-priority incidents.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT operations or observability with strong analytics, alerting, and dashboard skills, plus a background in gaming or digital commerce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT ops, SRE, or observability roles with enterprise-scale experience.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
• Ability to translate metrics into business impact for executives.
• Experience building dashboards and monitoring for revenue-critical journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the incident bridges and drive resolution for P1/P2 incidents.
• Define roles on bridges and enforce time-boxed troubleshooting with 30-minute checkpoints.
• Escalate to on-call engineers, engage leadership, and notify compliance as needed.
• Develop and maintain customer journey monitoring across key flows (Registration, Deposit, Bet, Settlement, Withdrawal).
• Create and maintain real-time revenue dashboards with anomaly detection.
• Ensure alerts link to runbooks and reduce noise through deduplication and correlation.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to agree thresholds and embed observability in CI/CD.
