Our client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong lawyer (1-2 years’ PQE) to join their top-tier Remuneration & Incentives team, which sits within their Employment department and works closely with Corporate and Tax on a wide range of matters.
The team advises on incentives and reward matters, including equity and cash bonus structures, executive compensation, governance, and employee arrangements. They serve both employers and senior executives in high-profile, cross-border, and transactional contexts across sectors like technology, life sciences, private equity, and entertainment.
This role offers the chance to join a collaborative team engaged in transactional and advisory work. Based in London, the team supports a broad national and international client base and is known for its commercial insight, technical excellence, and strong client relationships.
Candidates should have experience in employment, corporate, or tax law related to incentives, a strong academic background, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a commercial mindset. Organization, proactivity, and caseload management skills are essential.
