Our client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong lawyer (1-2 years’ PQE) to join their top-tier Remuneration & Incentives team within their Employment department, working closely with Corporate and Tax teams on a wide range of matters.
The team advises on incentives and reward matters, including equity and cash bonus structures, executive compensation, governance, and employee lifecycle management. They serve both employers and senior executives, often in high-profile, cross-border, transactional contexts across sectors like technology, life sciences, private equity, and entertainment.
This role offers a collaborative environment where lawyers engage in transactional and advisory work. Based in London, it supports a broad national and international client base. The team is known for its commercial insight, technical excellence, and strong client relationships.
Ideal candidates will have experience in employment, corporate, or tax law with a focus on incentives. A strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a commercial mindset are essential. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and able to manage their own caseload with support from colleagues.
