Our client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong lawyer (1-2 years’ PQE) to join their top-tier Remuneration & Incentives team, within their Employment department, working closely with Corporate and Tax on a wide range of matters.
The team advises on incentives and reward matters, including equity and cash bonus structures, executive compensation, governance, and employee arrangements. They serve both employers and senior executives in high-profile, cross-border, transactional contexts across sectors such as technology, life sciences, private equity, and entertainment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team engaging in transactional and advisory work. The role is based in London but supports a broad national and international client base. The team is known for its commercial insight, technical excellence, and strong client relationships.
Ideal candidates will have experience in employment, corporate, or tax law, focusing on incentives. A strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a commercial mindset are essential. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing their own caseload with support from experienced colleagues.
