Pro‑Recruitment Group, Manchester/Leeds, is recruiting for an Incentives / Equity Reward Associate Director in a leading Big Four firm. You will advise on design and implementation of equity and cash incentive arrangements, manage client engagements and develop relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to multi-jurisdictional advisory projects, and opportunities to progress within a market-leading practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing equity and cash incentive arrangements.
• Advising UK and international clients on tax and legal implications of incentive plans.
• Ability to manage engagements and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on design, structuring and implementation of equity and cash incentive plans.
• Support client lifecycles including transactions, restructurings, and compliance.
• Provide tax and legal guidance on incentive arrangements across the UK and internationally.
• Lead engagements, build relationships and contribute to business development.
