Qualifications

• 2-4 years' PQE in incentives, executive remuneration or share plans.
• Strong technical grounding in tax, corporate, securities and employment law.
• Experience advising on incentive aspects of M&A, restructurings or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Draft incentive plan documentation and employee communications with technical precision.
• Negotiate incentive and remuneration issues independently or with partners.
• Mentor junior colleagues, manage matter delivery and deadlines.
• Participate in client training, seminars and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and provide commercially-focused advice.
