Job summary

Pro-Tax in the UK is seeking an Incentives / Equity Reward Associate Director to advise on the design and implementation of equity and cash incentive arrangements for a mix of clients in Manchester and Leeds.

You will oversee engagements, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a national Incentives practice, with hybrid working and opportunities across complex advisory projects.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on the design, structuring and implementation of equity and cash incentive arrangements.
• Experience supporting clients through corporate transactions, restructurings and compliance.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on equity and cash incentive design and implementation.
• Support incentives throughout their lifecycle, including transactions and restructurings.
• Provide tax and legal implications advice across the UK and internationally.
• Manage engagements and contribute to growth of the Incentives team.
