Job summary

Bruin Recruitment is seeking an Equity Reward professional at Assistant Manager to Director level in London, with flexible location considered. The role involves advising on executive remuneration, equity incentives and reward strategy, working directly with senior stakeholders and Remuneration Committees.

You will design share plans, LTIPs and cash-based incentives while engaging in governance, transactions and business development.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Reward Advisory team, helping leading organisations navigate complex reward and remuneration challenges while working directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
