Job summary

Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants in the United Kingdom seeks an Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to lead tax advisory for equity incentive schemes, coach junior staff, and help develop the firm’s equity incentives services.

You will work closely with tax partners to deliver a broad range of advisory work, including client relationships and business development activities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified with equity incentives tax experience.
• Experience advising on transactions desirable.
• Excellent communicator with client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Structure and implement share schemes (approved & unapproved).
• Advise on equity tax issues in M&A transactions.
• Develop and coach trainees.
• Contribute to business development in the local marketplace.
