Job summary

THIS™ is a UK-based plant-based food brand seeking a cross-functional supply chain professional to manage supplier relationships, production planning, and distribution to protect availability and reduce waste. This role spans supply and demand, coordinating with 3PLs, manufacturers, and internal teams to keep orders flowing and products launching smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role, ideally in chilled FMCG.
• Confident using data, forecasts and stock information to support decisions.
• Strong attention to detail across paperwork, follow-ups and planning.
• Able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive in spotting supply risks, stock issues and waste reduction initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing OOH orders, supply planning and deadlines.
• Hands-on and keen to improve planning, forecasting and stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Supply planning – you will own the relationships with our manufacturing partners, ensuring production plans support demand and priorities.
• Transport – you will manage the relationship with transport partners, keeping costs and delivery performance on track.
• Warehousing – you will own the relationship with our 3PL, monitoring stock movements and service requirements.
• OOH forecasting and supply – you will own demand forecast for Out of Home customers and align with Commercial; manage orders flow.
• Innovation Delivery – you will work with cross-functional teams to launch new products smoothly into our supply network.
• Data Governance – ensure master data is correctly governed and maintained.
