CJS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in the cleaning and drainage sector. The role centres on converting inbound enquiries into sales with a consultative approach and a focus on meeting targets.

Expect a basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to upsell within an established and expanding specialist services business.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' sales, telesales or inbound call-centre experience.
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent telephone communication and rapport-building skills.
• Confident to influence customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers responding to marketing across social media, web and print.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services.
• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional services where appropriate.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance targets.
• Deliver a professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic service on every call.
