Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive (Engineering / Technical) for a Buckingham-based role handling inbound inquiries, quotations and order conversion.

You will manage key accounts, work with internal teams to capture customer requirements, and enjoy a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with a generous OTE and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Executive or similar in engineering/manufacturing.
• Inbound sales focus with no cold-calling.
• Ability to prepare and follow up quotations.
• Strong account management and customer relationship skills.

Are you an Inbound Sales Executive or similar from an Engineering or Manufacturing background, looking for a role focused entirely on inbound sales, where your performance will be rewarded with a generous and achievable bonus?

In this role, you will be handling inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers, providing quotations and following up on opportunities to help convert enquiries into orders. You will also carry out follow-up calls, manage key accounts, and work closely with the wider teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and managed effectively.

This role would suit a Sales Executive, or similar, from an Engineering or Manufacturing background who is looking for an inbound sales position with no cold-calling, where you can increase your earnings through a generous performance bonus.
