Job summary

EE in Newcastle is looking for a sales advisor to join our contact centre team. You will handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through our tech products.

We offer 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotation, a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months, plus incentives and bonuses, with support and career growth across EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and enjoys talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is welcome.
• You know how to help customers and handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers to navigate EE products and services.
• Listen well and match customers with suitable products.
