EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Customer Contact Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne to handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, finding the best deals on phones and broadband and helping customers navigate our tech products.

You’ll need to be outgoing and a fluent communicator; there are targets, but rewards for success. The role starts January 2027, is full-time, with shift patterns and generous benefits including commission, parking, and healthcare.
