Job summary

EE is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. You will join a lively team, take incoming calls from EE customers, and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

You will also help customers navigate the range of EE products with a focus on great service and getting them the right solution. Ideal candidates are outgoing, great listeners and fluent speakers who can match customer needs to the right product.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and energy, with excellent listening and speaking skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and match them to EE products.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Explain and navigate EE products and services to customers in a friendly, persuasive way.
• Meet sales targets while delivering great customer service.
