EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. This 20-hour, part-time role involves taking incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals, and guiding them through our tech product range.

You’ll need to be a great listener and confident talker, enjoy a busy environment, and be motivated by a competitive pay packet with uncapped commission and generous benefits. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong listening and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and explain the best phone and broadband deals.
• Guide customers through EE products and services.
