Job summary

EE in Truro is hiring a Sales Advisor for our contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best phone and broadband deals, and guide them through our tech products.

You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent talker. The role is 20 hours per week, part-time, Monday to Friday 16:45–21:00, with uncapped commission and a starting salary of £13,928.53 rising to £14,260.27 after eight months, plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Able to explain products and find best deals for customers.
• Interest in a sales role with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the tech products EE sells.
